Priority Description
Business Critical - Only select this priority if the issue being raised is causing financial loss to the business or has resulted in some part of the business grinding to a halt.
High Priority - Select this priority if the issue being raised is causing some level of disruption to the business or if changes are required to enhance existing systems/processes to improve the operational efficiency of the business.
Low Priority - Select this priority if the issue being raised will assist the business to move forwards but is not critical to be completed and will be completed as and when resources become available.
