Application requirements.

KTC Group operates across 7+ regulated markets. All new suppliers and customers are subject to compliance screening before trading begins. The following outlines what is generally required, our team will guide you through the specifics for your region and account type.

  • A copy of all current business licences / incorporation certificates
  • Physical address, contact details of the company and company website
  • Ownership details, full name, address, nationality and ownership percentage of all principals
  • Valid government-issued ID of the business owner
  • Bank account details, account name, BSB, account number, and a signed bank confirmation letter (dated within the last 3 months)
  • Trade references from trade platform and/or 3PL partners (e.g. Captains)
  • Sanctions & PEP screening, checked against OFAC, UN, NZ MFAT, and Australian DFAT sanctions lists
  • A copy of all current business licences / incorporation certificates
  • Trading name if different from the registered legal name
  • Physical address, contact details of the company and company website
  • Ownership details, full name, address, nationality and ownership percentage of all principals
  • Valid government-issued ID of the business owner
  • Trade references from existing suppliers or business partners
  • Signed KTC terms and conditions of sale (required on each order)
  • Sanctions & PEP screening, checked against OFAC, UN, NZ MFAT, and Australian DFAT sanctions lists
